Summary0000128: Parallel run of CREST full order import
DescriptionCurrently both DEV and PRD import all orders from all regions at the 5th hour of the day. They start at different minutes, one at 20 past and the other at 40 past, but since the runtime is longer than 20 minutes, both run in parallel, putting the system under heavy load.

Added a check for the instance to the import script, thus for DEV the import is done in the middle of the night and for PRD in the early morning. Should spread the load out.
