Summary0000186: ESI - Enable usage of authed endpoints
DescriptionESI has a nice endpoint to grab data for structures. It needs authentication first however, since it needs to check if the char is on the ACL of the structure.

Thus get your head around the SSO of CCP and how to use it in automated scripts.

Thanks to the CCP forum I could implement auth and can pull the structure names. Woohooo!

Enabled all the other endpoints from ESI.
